Who provides Agent ATC

These terms cover the Agent ATC Mac app, iOS companion, and agentatc.com, provided by Crestify Solutions Private Limited, India (“we”, “us”). By using Agent ATC, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and have authority to agree on behalf of any business you represent.

Your purchase and licence

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive licence to use Agent ATC for your personal or professional work on Macs and iPhones you own or control. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the app or a licence key as a product. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licences. Nothing here limits rights granted by those licences or applicable law.

Agent ATC costs $20 USD as a one-time purchase, with no Agent ATC subscription. Applicable taxes and the final amount are shown at Gumroad checkout. A price change does not create an additional charge for a purchase you already made. Keep your purchase receipt and any licence key secure.

Seven-day refunds

If Agent ATC isn’t for you, request a full refund within seven days of purchase. No explanation is required. Reply to your Gumroad receipt or email support@memoryplugin.com with your order reference. We process approved refunds through Gumroad to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

After a full refund, your licence ends and you must stop using the purchased app. This policy is in addition to any cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights required by law. See the refund policy for the request process.

Your conversations and local files

You retain ownership of your conversations and other content. Agent ATC reads and indexes session files locally to provide the features you use; it does not upload your chat library to us. You are responsible for having permission to access the files you select and for maintaining backups. The iOS companion uses your iCloud account to sync data between your devices. Apple’s iCloud terms apply to that service. Agent ATC is not a backup service and cannot recover deleted source transcripts.

Optional AI reviews and third-party tools

When you choose an AI review, selected content is sent through your Claude Code or Codex setup to its configured provider. Reviews consume your tokens and may count toward your plan limits or API charges. They are not included in the Agent ATC purchase price. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices.

AI summaries, suggested statuses, and other assessments can be incomplete or wrong. Check them against the original conversation before acting. Resuming a chat requires the corresponding agent to be installed. Agent ATC is independent of, and is not endorsed by, Anthropic or OpenAI.

Acceptable use

Do not use Agent ATC to break the law, infringe others’ rights, access data without permission, distribute malware, or interfere with services. Comply with applicable export-control and sanctions laws. We may terminate your licence for a material breach, subject to any notice or remedy required by law.

Updates and availability

We may provide fixes and feature updates. Compatibility can change as macOS and third-party agent formats change. A purchase does not promise every future feature or perpetual support. Features explicitly marked experimental may change. These provisions do not reduce the rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Agent ATC is provided “as is” and “as available”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To that same extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud.

Governing law and disputes

Indian law governs these terms. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. If local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere or provides additional protections, those rights remain. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.

Changes and contact

We will post updated terms here with a new date and provide notice of material changes where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued purchase or refund rights.
